Bow Grange - The Background
An ex-livery barn and cattle shed, which used to house animals all year round, has now been converted into a stunning venue for our guests. Located on and surrounded by 30 acres of beautiful farmland in the heart of South Devon.
Tom and his family have lived at Bow Grange for over 20 years and Tom has always dreamt of making Bow Grange into a luxury venue for weddings and events.

Tom
Site Manager
Tom is the heart behind Bow Grange. Having lived on the farm for over 20 years, he knows every inch of the land — from the rolling fields to the barns that once housed horses and cattle. Turning Bow Grange into a wedding venue has been Tom’s long-time dream, and he’s poured that passion into every detail of the space.
Tom leads each wedding with a calm, can-do attitude and a genuine love for helping couples bring their vision to life. From the first viewing to the last dance, he’s there to ensure your day runs smoothly, feels personal, and leaves you with unforgettable memories.
Whether he's coordinating logistics, helping set up the bar, or making sure your suppliers feel right at home, Tom’s goal is simple — to make your experience at Bow Grange as joyful and stress-free as possible.
Ruby
Events Assistant
Ruby is Tom’s right hand and a friendly face you’ll see throughout your Bow Grange experience. Whether she’s running the bar, helping guests get settled, or adding those finishing touches behind the scenes, Ruby plays a key role in making each celebration flow effortlessly.
With a natural flair for hospitality and a calm, can-do attitude, she’s the go-to person on the day to make sure everything feels smooth, relaxed, and exactly how you imagined it. Guests always comment on her warm energy and helpful presence — she’s the kind of person who makes you feel instantly at ease.
From pouring the perfect pint to solving last-minute hiccups with a smile, Ruby helps ensure your day is as memorable and magical as the setting itself.
Jasmine
Wedding Coordinator
Jasmine is our dedicated Wedding & Events Coordinator at Bow Grange, here to ensure your special day runs seamlessly from start to finish.
With a calm, organised approach and a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations, Jasmine's focuses on bringing your vision to life while managing all the behind-the-scenes details.
Working closely with Tom - Jasmine supports you throughout your journey with us - offering guidance, answering questions and helping you feel confident every step of the way.
From your final preparations through to the last moments of your day, she'll be there to make sure everything flows effortlessly so you can relax and enjoy every second

What’s included with the hire - tables, chairs, access to fully stocked and staffed bars, exclusive use. Catering, bands/music not included and guests are responsible for dressing up the venue to their liking and helping with the pack down.
